- Planning, engineering, coordinating and executing drilling project with FEED implementation (Front End Engineering and Design) and exploration and development drilling.
- Drilling and Completion Engineering services and Programs (Casing design, Mud program, Cement design, Directional planning)
- Field execution for Land and Offshore operations
- Drilling optimization and operational performance gap analysis, enhancement engineering, planning and implementation.
- Implement and administer company policies and procedures as delegated by management.
- Develop and maintain analyzable database of drilling and well performance results.
- Lead drilling optimization decision making process across all disciplines including drilling Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Production Engineering, Geology & Geophysics, Development Planning and Corporate Planning.
- Recognize, prioritize and promote techniques that optimize our asset specific completion designs.
- Provide broad technical understanding of what the industry is doing relative to recent completion designs and the resulting impact on well economics.
- Evaluate the detailed operational requirements and operational execution feasibility of recommended completion design changes and/or tests.
- Evaluate the detailed well economics of recommended completion design changes and/or tests.
- Develop, implement and steward detailed experimental design and analyses methods to effectively field test new completions technologies.
- Work as key team member supporting multi-discipline completions optimization technical team, frac modeling technical team and management team.
- Develop and maintain analyzable database of completions and well performance results.
- Lead completions optimization decision making process across all disciplines including Completions Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Production Engineering, Geology & Geophysics, Development Planning and Corporate Planning.
- Service Partner / Contractor management and execution
- Scoping Cost Estimates

- Pre-Spud meetings with Operator Representatives and Key Vendors

- Analyze and capture lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement. Promote transfer of lessons learned and best practices throughout engineering, technical and field staff.
- Identified and prioritized the strategic areas to target for Lean implementation.
- Designed, developed, tested and refined the operating model using Lean Manufacturing and Lean Construction concepts.
- Engaged with leaders, work team managers and other internal stakeholders to clarify and address deployment issues and challenges.
- Built, managed and developed the Business Improvement team, and deployed them to align with project maturation and Client needs.
- Drive knowledge sharing with key partners and industry peers.
- Prepare effective communication tools and presentations to support management decision making.
- Drive cost savings and/or operational efficiency improvements into drilling and completions optimization selection process.
- Mentor less experienced staff and complete other engineering and leadership support duties as assigned.
